Wearing and Caring for Your Aligners

The aligners are removable for eating, drinking and cleaning your teeth, so there are no specific food restrictions and maintaining good oral hygiene is usually straightforward. To work predictably, they must be worn for approximately 20–22 hours each day and changed as directed.

What to Expect During Treatment

You may initially notice some pressure, tenderness or a slight change in speech, particularly when moving to a new aligner. This usually settles quickly. Regular reviews allow me to check that your teeth are responding as planned and make any necessary adjustments.
