Dr Millie

Dr Camilla “Millie” Morrison is a UK dentist with a practice focused on orthodontics, facially driven treatment planning and function-first care. She has a particular interest in complex orthodontic biomechanics, occlusion and long-term stability.

Millie provides a wide range of orthodontic treatment options including clear aligners, lingual appliances, buccal fixed appliances, rapid maxillary expansion (RME) and MARPE. Her approach is highly personalised and multidisciplinary, often integrating orthodontic and restorative treatment planning to support stable, biologically respectful outcomes.

She graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2015 and has completed both a Diploma and an MSc in Clear Aligner Therapy, graduating with distinction. She also holds a Diploma in Clinical Education. Millie is an international lecturer and educator who has taught clinicians globally since 2018, with a particular focus on biomechanics, troubleshooting orthodontic cases and ethical treatment planning.

Millie is the founder of Aligner Confidence, a mentorship academy supporting dentists in developing confidence and predictability in orthodontic treatment. She also serves on the non-executive board for EduQual, supporting standards in postgraduate dental education and mentoring.

Known for her approachable teaching style and honest discussion of both successes and failures in clinical practice, Millie is passionate about helping both patients and clinicians achieve predictable, stable outcomes through thoughtful diagnosis and careful treatment planning.

Outside of dentistry, Millie enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and interiors, and has a particular love for gardening and creating outdoor spaces. She is passionate about building a career and educational environment that feels supportive, genuine and grounded in real clinical practice.
